There are some things in life that does not have clear cut answers. This is especially so in situations where someone may experience some very real physical symptoms and yet there does not seem to be any definite medical explanations for the presentation of symptoms. When this happens, some may refer to the symptoms as psychosomatic or it may be explained away as being 'all in the mind'.
